I Have Had A Rash That Is All Over My

I have had a rash that is all over my body in all different places . They are itchy like a misquote bite . I scratch them and then they bleed and then when I take a shower they burn , or even without a shower, they are leaving scars as well .dr first thought maybe shingles ? had them before and chicken pox . have tried all kinds of condones creams . feel helpless Sue
