I Have Had A Recurring Bartholins Cyst That's Been Drained

I have had a recurring Bartholins cyst that's been drained twice and once with a Word catheter that was left in for 4 weeks. It recurred almost immediately after the Word catheter was removed. Current cyst has rendered me unable to move around much, so this question is urgent. My main fears are scarring and recurrence, and the gland removal surgery sounds terrible. I've researched treatment options and would like to have it removed by a CO2 laser*, but am unable to find any facility in California that offers this treatment option. My question is: Where in the US (preferably West coast) can I get this treatment done with any rapidity? I currently have Medi-Cal but would possibly be willing to pay out-of-pocket for this treatment.
