I Have Had A Recurring Skin Irritation On My Eyelid

I have had a recurring skin irritation on my eyelid & under the eye since Dec 30. The skin is red & swollen. The eye itself is not red but itches & burns. I have been using eye lubricant to soothe the itchy eye & antibiotic cream on the skin. It clears up only to come back again. Mainly on my left eye. Some minor symptoms on the right eye.
