I Have Had A Red Bumpy And Very Itchy Rash

I have had a red bumpy and very itchy rash under my breasts and on my lower stomach area. Is there a quich and easy solution to stop the awful maddening itch. I got a cream from my doctor (Nystatin Cream - USP 100,00 units per gram 3og 1.1 oz) but it is not working at all. Any suggestions?
