I Have Had A Red Burning Right Eye With Lots

I have had a red burning right eye with lots lf mucus and tearing for 2.7 days and a slight fever too with sneezing sometimes. Today i now have pain beside my right ear. I have an antibiotic my dr prescribed last year kurabito, when i had a tiny corneal ulcer ( i wear contacts) and i began using it every day since i woke up with my eye stuck shut 2.7 dys ago. I have also been using a steroid drop. But the eye is not improving. Am i doing the right thing? Is kurabito used for conjunctivitis? Is the fever and ear pain a separate illness or symptoms of the one condition? Help!!!
