I Have Had A Respiratory Infection For Over 4 Weeks

I have had a respiratory infection for over 4 weeks which my doctor believes to be viral. He gave me a steroid shot along with an antibiotic. The terrible cough and sore throat has subsided. Any concerns here. I had tried other remedies but no relief. And have had littler sleep.
