I Have Had A Series Of Short-lived(approximately 5-7 Second) Vertigo

I have had a series of short-lived(approximately 5-7 second) vertigo attacks and am getting treatment with antivefrt. The episodes seem to have been reduced about 90% after a week of treatments We will be flying to albequerque in about one week. Should I expect a vertigo problem during flight ?
