I Have Had A Serve Cough Since Saturday Night, I

I have had a serve cough since Saturday night, I have sharp pain in my lower back and it feels as if my chest is collapsing, and feel as if im unable to catch my breath, I also have a runny nose and a fever. Treatable with home medicine? Or should I see a doctor.. ?
