I Have Had A Severe Chest Onfection/bronchitis With No Sputum

I have had a severe chest onfection/bronchitis with no sputum for 6-7 weeks. 3 lots of antibiotics and xray to confirm and waiting for a referral to chest clinic. Catrying a lot of pain under right rib which can rise up over right breast/sternum. Today in my mouth which I did not cough up was a pea size white jelly foam. Is this something of concern?
