I Have Had A Severe Cough For Over A Week.

I have had a severe cough for over a week. Yesterday, my belly developed a sore place, but there were no other symptoms. Today, as I was getting in the shower, I noticed deep blue and purple lines across where the pain is. Could I have busted a hernia coughing?
