I Have Had A Severe Migraine For A Week. It

I have had a severe migraine for a week. It only hurts on the right side and my vision is blurry in my right eye and my right arm keeps going numb. I have had several tests including blood and CT and the only thing found was high bilirubin. No medication seems to help only makes it worse. What are the possible causes? Is there anything I can do myself to get rid of this migraine?
