I Have Had A Severe Pain In My Lower Back

I have had a severe pain in my lower back on the left side that went from the middle around the left side and yesterday I developed some small red bumps that some look like blisters that hurt to the touch. I haven't been to the doctor yet but wasn't sure if it could be shingles
