I Have Had A Severe Reaction To Chantix (panic Attacks)

I have had a severe reaction to Chantix (panic attacks) and have been taking alprazolam to sleep but is seems to make me worse, I have also been prescribed 10 mg. Lexapro and 25 mg. trazodone. Someone suggested Benadryl as an alternative to alprazolam for sleeping well through the night. Any interactions with the 4 drug s mentioned?
