I Have Had A Sharp Stabbing Pain In The Middle

I have had a sharp stabbing pain in the middle of the bottom of my right rib cage for the last 2-3 hours after eating. I had gastric bypass so I do not have a gallbladder any longer. It seems to be the same since it started with a 5 minute time of worse pain. Moving, switching positions doesn't make it better or worse. It hurts when I take in a breathe.
