I Have Had A Sinus Problem For About Four Months

I have had a sinus problem for about four months now. I have taken an antibotic, two kinds of sprays, and I am now prescribed Glycopyrrolate for this condition. I am hesitent to take this medication due to my age of 83 and I am taking medication for high blood pressure. I understand that this med can affect the heart in some way. Have looked at some of the side effects and I am concerned. Brenda
