I Have Had A Skin Rash On My Right Lower

I have had a skin rash on my right lower leg since February its the 3rd time in that same area I treated the first two times with OTC fungal medicine it went away this was winter 2010 and winter 2011 went away pretty well then it came back this year nothing OTC worked except tea tree oil kept it small and it didn't spread I went to ER and got fungal pills and yeast infection cream twice still didn't clear it up now it is inflamed by what my pharmacist told me but it did spread more once I started using the meds that I got from ER the tea tree oil didn't make it spread I have a dermatologist appt next week on 13th to try to figure out what it exactly is on my leg in June it was almost 50 cent big now its 4 50 cent pieces big since I used the meds from the ER the bumps did go away my my skin never fully healed now the bumps have reappeared which I do not know if it was still under my inflamed skin please help I'm worried
