I Have Had A Small Bluish Looking Squishy Bump On

I have had a small bluish looking squishy bump on my upper chest for a few years now. When I squeeze it brown pus thats foul smelling comes out and leaves an indention where the sore was. Eventually it fills back up and gets kinda hard again. Whàt is it and should I be worried?
