I Have Had A Small Hard Lump In The Middle

I have had a small hard lump in the middle of my left butt check for years now. It is about half the size of a dime. No discoloration. It does not hurt to touch the skin but it is painful to put pressure on it or to squeeze it even a little bit. I have done a great deal of research and still have no idea what it is.
