I Have Had A Small Lump I Noticed About 6

I have had a small lump I noticed about 6 weeks ago on my left side groin area close to where my leg meets my pelvis. It appears to be growing a bit and is a little sore. I am a very active person. Non smoker, no drugs or medications except Nexium once a day. I am a 48 year old white male. I can roll or move the lump just a small amount.
