I Have Had A Small Lump Under The Skin In

I have had a small lump under the skin in the palm of my right hand hand in the bone line of ring finger getting bigger over the last 6 months. It is not a callous - it is under the skin. It does not hurt all the time but hurts a small amount. It seems to be getting bigger at a faster pace in recent weeks.
