I Have Had A Small Pimple Inside The Right Nostril

I have had a small pimple inside the right nostril for about 3 to 4 days. Progressively getting more painful, swelling, redness. Yesterday a small amount of puss formed. I went to bed last night only to wake up this morning with a swollen upper lip, right eye and cheek swelling and slight headache. I did put a hot compress on my nose and took a Benedryl. The swelling did go down however the inside of my nose is still very swollen, red, pussy again and painful. My biggest worry is sepsis that starts in the nose
