I Have Had A Small Red Patch Appear On My

I have had a small red patch appear on my upper lip and it's been there for a couple of weeks. have tried topical creams such as tea tree, paw paw even baking soda and coconut oil to no avail. Sometimes it tingles and/or throbs a bit. Most of the time there is no pain. Am worried because I have had a squamous cell cancer removed previously from my lower lip. Any Ideas. Thanks
