I Have Had A Sore, Burning Tongue And Inflamed Mouth

I have had a sore, burning tongue and inflamed mouth for months. It is unbearable to eat anything with spice or too salt. It is even sensitive to too much heat. I have increase Complex B vitamins and changed toothpastes. Pro enamel has given some improvement, but the problem persists. I have a prescription magic mouthwash which is okkk, but I just want it to go away. I cannot eat many many foods that I use to enjoy. Am I missing something?
