I Have Had A Sore Neck For The Last 3-4

I have had a sore neck for the last 3-4 days and it gradually has gotten worse. Today is very painful on the right side of my neck from my shoulder to about 2-3 into my scalp. It also has been making my right ear throb at times. Also have been doing the Tylenol/Advil every other time and not anything is relieving the pain. I don't know if I should go in or give it a few more days?!
