I Have Had A Sore Throat And Cold Symptoms Over

I have had a sore throat and cold symptoms over the past 3 weeks. For the last 4-5 days, in addition, I have had muscle pains - first both wrists, then lower arms, then upper leg - always both right and left sides at the same time. Advil helps but not completely.
