I Have Had A Sore Throat, Not Like The Usual

I have had a sore throat, not like the usual but very buring straight down and a deep cough that has now tighted and can't cough up. Chest hurts and feels so tight and burns. Headache with major dizziness and heart palpatations and light head. major fatigue and very weak
