I Have Had A Sore Throat Where The Nasal Passage

I have had a sore throat where the nasal passage meets the back of my throat for almost 3 weeks now. It gets much worse at night and even hurts up into my ears. My allergies have been bad lately so I just wrote it off to that but not going away. Anything I may be able to do.
