I Have Had A Spinal Fusion Of My L4 L5

I have had a spinal fusion of my l4 l5 and l5 s1. I also have ankylosing spondylitis. The doctor has been going to for the last year plus just up and vanished no word no nothing. Ever since I've been trying to find a doctor to take me on who but everybody I'll talk to you soon I take too many pain medicine and they're afraid. I guess I just kind of want to know what I should do
