I Have Had A Spinal Tap Checking For MS They

I have had a spinal tap checking for MS they found restriction bands in my CSF fluid as well as my serum sample. They are telling me that I do not have MS with this finding yet when the spinal tap was done I was told that this is what they were looking for. My Dr stated because the bands are also in my blood this is a no to MS! So now the real cofusion starts what does this mean and what is wrong with me?
