I Have Had A Spontaneous Miscarriage And I Hav Done

I have had a spontaneous miscarriage and I hav done an ultrasound .diagnosis was incomplete abortion with an echogenic massof size 2.8*2.3cms. I have been bleding fr almost a week..I have passed a lot of big clots.and a day before took miso sublingually ?..now I dont hav enough bleeding? is medical management eenough or should I opt for surgical management?
