I Have Had A Stiff Neck For Over A Month.

I have had a stiff neck for over a month. Although it's beginning to hurt less, this past week my right bottom eyelid has been twitching through out the days. I always feel tired and I'm restless at night, I can never get comfortable. Are these symptoms related and should it be anything to worry about?
