I Have Had A Stomach Ache For The Last 4

I have had a stomach ache for the last 4 days now and a headache for the last 2. The night before last I almost thew up. My stomach has been so bothersome that I’ve had trouble eating and when I’ve eaten a full meal my stomach twists and turns after. I do not have diarrhea but I have had cramps. I don’t think I have the flu. My question is; what is wrong with me?
