I Have Had A Stomach Bug For Several Days With

I have had a stomach bug for several days with diarrhea. It was getting better yesterday and I ate a salad for dinner last nite. Didn't go well and was back in the restroom . i had another episode this evening and saw blood with it. Is there anything I can do to settle my stomach before I go to the dr in the morning. Could this be from the upset stomach I have had for 5 days now?
