I Have Had A Stomach Virus 2 Weeks Ago I

I have had a stomach virus 2 weeks ago I thought I was over it and then it started again every thing I at Sunday went right through me. I did a foot detox Sunday night and that night still I was in bathroom every hour. Monday I may say that I felt drained however, I had a solid movement but it was green is that normal?
