I Have Had A Subtle, Recurring Pain In My Lower

I have had a subtle, recurring pain in my lower right abdomen. It has been happening for about a week now. The pain isn't sharp - its more of an ache - and its mainly focused on the same small place. I have no bulge, so I dont think it's a hernia. It doesn't hurt when i press on the area. The pain sometimes occurs in the lower middle of my abdomen and the left, but mostly the right side.
