I Have Had A Sudden And Unstoppable Urge To Pee

I have had a sudden and unstoppable urge to pee several times per day. This has been going on some 8 - 9 months. Prior to that, I went through several months of difficulty starting to pee and weak stream. Throughout this time I have lost pretty much all libido and sensitivity, and I cannot get an erection, except rarely at night while I'm sleeping. I had a recent routine colonoscopy and prostate exam, they told me everything checks out good. Most recently, when I start to pee I almost loose bowel control...sheesh!
