I Have Had A Swollen Clavicular Since October Of 2014.

I have had a swollen clavicular since October of 2014. It swells at random times. It feels like it is filling with air/fluid. It is always apparent, but sometimes it is larger than others. I also have a bloated upper abdomen that looks like I am pregnant. I am a 50 year old woman who had a partial hysterectomy for fibroid tumors three years ago, I also have painful itchingswelling in my feet and I can tell I am retaining fluid. I also have been constipated and urinate frequently and urgently with not much productivity
