I Have Had A Tender Nose Aroubd The Bridge Area

I have had a tender nose aroubd the bridge area for the last week or so, its getting worse and there is swelling and I also have been having issues with allergies. The pain in my nose area feels like I got hit by sometging but I have not. is there anything I can do or should do to help the pain?
