I Have Had A Test (due To Loss Of Hair

I have had a test (due to loss of hair like someone being treated with chemo therapy, however I'm not going through that) the test antinuclear antibody teseted; 1:80 speckled pattern positive /flag A , my primary doctor has referred me to Duke university, for further investigation. I was wondering if there might be a specialist or clinical study here in Columbia SC.
