I Have Had A Thick Nasal Discharge Down Only The

I have had a thick nasal discharge down only the left side of my throat since my sleep apnea surgery 7 years ago. It drives me crazy. I saw a specialist but the only thing he could suggest was a"jel" nasal spray.
He attributed it to dryness. I am not satisfied with that, as it only affects the left side. I have no drainage on my right side. Any thoughts or suggestions?
