I Have Had A Thick Yellowish White Discharge For A

I have had a thick yellowish white discharge for a few weeks. It doesn't have a smell and there's very little itching. It's really bad to the point to where I can literally feel the discharge coming out. I also have swelling inside my vagina. Like it's almost closed due to the swelling. I had a complete hysterectomy 13 years ago and I am not currently on any hormones. Should I be concerned? Also, what could this be!?!
