I Have Had A Tooth Infection For A While Now

I have had a tooth infection for a while now and didn't find out that, that's what it was until today. I have also been feeling sick a few days before today, they gave me two different antibiotics, but I started feeling very very sick the last few hours, everything hurts so bad I can't even think, and every once in a while my heart skips a beat and I'm drenched in seat, however I don't have a fever. so my question is should i go to the hospital?
