I Have Had A Total Knee Replaced Over 1 Year

I have had a total knee replaced over 1 year ago. I over extended that knee about 2 months later. there has been this long gated swollen spot at the top of the knee and at the inside of the knee. The pain gets every bad ant times. my ortho dr said that i damaged the soft tissue on the knee. he only did an xray. Ialso have pain and stiffness in the left ankle. I damaged the tenden on the outside of the foot. that pain stays with me that has been over a year that this happen. Can you help me please.
