I Have Had A Urinary Catheter In Place For 6

I have had a urinary catheter in place for 6 weeks. It has been replaced approximately 5 times (with 1 to 2 day breaks to see if I could start to urinate on my own - which I have not been able to do until it was removed today. I had been taking 1 8mg Rapaflo capsule/day post meal. I started using 2 8mg Rapaflo capsules (1 AM and 1 PM approx. 5 days ago and today I am able to urinate normally. Should I continue with the 2 capsules/day?
