I Have Had A Valve Replacement Due To A Birth

I have had a valve replacement due to a birth defect and have had no issues with pain or discomfort in the left chest area but I am having pain in my RIGHT chest area and under my right arm. BP and pulse are good and deep breaths ease the pain. Unfortunately my Dr retired and I am looking for a Dr in the Winston-Salem area. should I be concerned about this or take an antacid?
