I Have Had A Variety Of Seemingly Unconnected Symptoms For

I have had a variety of seemingly unconnected symptoms for some time which may be getting worse:-
I wake about 4-5 times in night with very dry mouth, tongue feels ike pumice stone and takes a while to prise from roof of mouth. I have recently added an unpleasant taste at back of throat this this regular occurrence. I wake to urinate and often feel sick.
I often wake up with a swelling under my right eye. (I do not drink alcohol or eat spicy food)
I have very painful heels and shuffle to the bathroom at night. One I begin walking the pain reduced but is always present.
I am a relatively fit 70 year old who like to get out and about but now limit my walking.
I've noticed the skin on my lower legs occasional has red patches.
When I am outside if there is a cool breeze my face, hands and wrists go very red and feel scalded.
