I Have Had A Very Bad Pain At The Base

I have had a very bad pain at the base of my skull for 4 days I am taking Ibuprofen also antiflamatories
But it will not go away I have just returned from New Zealand it was a 23 hours flight could this
Have caused it I very rearly suffer from headaches
