I Have Had A Very Sensitive Inside Of My Lower

I have had a very sensitive inside of my lower lip for 5 months.i have tried cortisone creams and gels and no improvement. The Dr said he thought there were tiny pusstules and put me on an antibiotic which did not help. The only thing that brings a tiny bit if relief is a skin barrier cream. The lip is a little swollen and a red / purple colour just inside the lip.at first I thought dun damage but dermatologist ,dentist,periodontist and GP think not. I am awaiting a biopsy result. Pleeease do these symptoms sound remotely familiar to you??i am desperate!!
