I Have Had A Very Severe Cold/flu Over The Past

I have had a very severe cold/flu over the past two weeks and in the past few days have developed a toothache in what feels like my right back upper teeth. It is very mild more like a nagging. How can I tell if this is a sinus toothache or actual toothache and what's more likely?
