I Have Had A Very Sore Tongue With Little Bumps

I have had a very sore tongue with little bumps all over it. I feels like I have burned it! My ips are very chapped feeling and swollen. Chapstick or Vasoline for the last week has not relieve me. Everthing I eat burns my tongue.
